Who we are

This website is operated by Alloy Software SRL, a company registered in Romania. You can reach us through the contact form on the homepage.

What this website collects

Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. All pages are static files. The only data you can send us is what you type into the contact form.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in the European Union. Like any web server, the hosting platform records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained by Microsoft according to its own retention policy and are not used by us to identify visitors.

If you contact us

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message in order to reply and, if it comes to that, to work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, later, the contract between us. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by Romanian accounting and tax law afterwards. The form is delivered to us as an email through Azure Communication Services, so Microsoft processes the message in transit as our hosting and email provider. We also record the sending IP address and time to stop abuse of the form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
